I bought a set of Global knives from this company and when I received the parcel I got the global box and stand and Richardson Sheffield knives instead of Global. I contacted the company immediately and they told me to send an email, which I did and also attached photos. I sent the email at 9:20 and at 10:30, David Conduit, the company director replied back to me saying that they have looked into it and that I am a thief and they won't exchange, replace or refund and he even said he might contact the police. I am a chef, and I was so excited to get my global knives and instead I was made a thief and dealt with such indifference and I am so angry and disappointed NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, HARTS OF STUR.
