They dont even deserve 1 star. They are the worst. Dont have a clue what they are doing. Took our money. Easy enough. Thats all they are good at. So far over 3 months without a sofa, sofa has been lost, lots of excuses. Its in watehouse, another warehouse, scotland, somewhere else. Pffft. Then wont give refund. Being messed around from pillar to post. Smug staff in stored being smart and extremely rude. Manager and area managers wont call back and give fake promises.
