Purchased two leather sofa's March last year. Have had to had the springs replaced twice.
Also headrest had discolouration, the person who came to repair the furniture advised that this was due to natural oils that occur in some peoples skin.
Harveys refusing to repair, replace as over a year old.
Absolutely disgraceful.
