Customer service is a joke - on hold on two separate occasions for 46 and 38 minutes and finally spoke with retarded halfwits. Demanded loan furniture for the interim period and was told that my 'request would be considered'. Blatant breach of contract and fraudulent trading in my opinion. If I ran my business the way they run theirs I would be bankrupt in a month. Not the first time I've been let down by these shysters, but it's definitely the last.
