Where to start completely agree about not going there wish we hadn't ,shocking customer services cannot get through to them and store don't want to know .Total rubbish .
Spent £1200on a corner unit ,one of the arms bubbling up and starting to split ,customer service answer was could you have cleaned it wrongly or have you been leaning on it to heavily .???? Where do they get these people. !!
Still awaiting answer of what to do about it been waiting 3 months and not answering e-mails anymore either
Will never shop here again .
