Harveys have delayed our delivery date. When I asked why the customer service person who sounded half a sleep and uninterested said she didn't know, maybe just because of a delay in shipping, no apology. They have limited delivery dates available and cannot commit to a time slot until the delivery day, and charge £10 extra (from the £70 already paid for delivery) to delivery on a Saturday. When asked if they could wave the £10 cost due to the delay in delivery and lack of available dates, they said they are unable to do so. Not impressed with Harveys lack of customer service
