Extremely dissapointing experience.
I ordered my lovely new sofa over 6 months ago now, on new years eve. It was due to arrive very early March, then was placed on delay for a month which I was told via email. Then due to coronavirus, was delayed a further two months.
As things slowly start to move again after coronavirus, I have to ring up harveys myself to be told they are starting to arrange deliveries (slightly annoying as I'd already waited so long), so they book me a date for in 4 weeks time. I haven't been asked for payment yet. I then get a call 6 days before delivery date to say that I have lost my delivery date as I haven't paid the outstanding balance, even though I was on the phone to customer services a matter of days before and they didn't mention I was due to pay. How is this even possible? The communication throughout this process has been almost non existant.
I am then made to pay all of my balance over the phone without being given a new date yet. The customer services member said that she would ring me back that afternoon to confirm and she never did. I feel like they have taken the money from and not held up their part of the deal. Customer service advisor was called Melissa.
So frustrating, I was really looking forward to getting the sofa for the 3rd time...
Would not buy from here again.
