THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST UNRELIABLE AND DIFFICULT COMPANIES I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I very strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy a sofa from this company. I have had the worst customer service experience ever with them. Multiple issues aggravated by non-existent communication and complete lack of respect and understanding from all members of the team. Ordered a sofa in January. Very clearly asked the sales team whether delivery included removal and falsely reassured that it would (most likely in an attempt to get the sale). Later informed that removal was not included. Discussed with the store manager, who was condescending and rude. Use the phrase "it is a like ordering a pizza from mcdonalds". Extremely unprofessional and complain made both by phone and email and have yet to receive any further details since. Subsequently, planned delivery but was informed that finance plan was incomplete by the local store team. Called and reassured that they will immediately process and leave it in their "capable hands" and no need to call main customer service again. Delivery subsequently cancelled understandably for the COVID pandemic. Called by customer services on 5/5/20 to arrange delivery on 26/5. Subsequently delivery cancelled WITHOUT informing me. Had to call customer services (40 mins wait) to be informed due to staff sickness it was cancelled. Again falsely reassured that delivery confirmed for last friday. No sofa arrived, called and informed of ANOTHER error with the finance plan (on their part). Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the sofa delivery. The lady I spoke to this morning was 1. unwilling to acknowledge to difficult experience I have, 2. Lack of empathy to the fact I have an elderly mother who is sitting on a hard chair and having to wait, 3. Unwilling to try to find a resolution to getting a delivery ASAP despite errors on their part on multiple occasions. 4. Strong attitude that she can only sort out the payment otherwise tough luck. 5. Lack of apology of the situation In summary: - COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION - MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS - They do not deliver on time, and they do not inform you if they do cancel their order. This is beyond what could be blamed from COVID - Management team are unwilling to have communication with me. I have asked several times and failed to get a willingness to this - Staff are clearly inept in organising deliveries - Staff are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL EXPERIENCE I AM EXHAUSTED FROM DEALING WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS CAN BE TRUSTWORTHY FROM THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY
