Poor customer service. If you have not recieved your package, they won't refund you unless the courier tells them it's lost. Meanwhile sitting at home without food in the mountains.
Not to mention, instead of recieving a refund I got charged for some random $68 even though I never ordered anything else and I put my next delivery on pause.
This company steals money on a Sunday when Banks can't automatically retroactivate their fradulant charge.
Need I say more?
