Hello Fresh Shipped to my old address 700 miles away even tho I updated my address the day I got the notification about last chance to change your box. I also skipped that upcoming delivery and all of the upcoming ones that I could going Forward as I just don’t find the quality what it was. It wasn’t until my account was charged that and I was notified of the delivery that this all came about. They not only charged me for a box I didn’t want but are shipping it 700 miles away and they can’t reroute it or refund me. The can give me $20 and that’s all. The customer service agent Marla made sure to send me the link to the terms and conditions. I’d been a customer with Hello Fresh for 5 years with 65 boxes. This was highly disappointing and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Choose a different food service.
