Last year when I was trying out different food companies I looked at hello fresh and I guess I had to make an account to see what the recipes were. This year I went back on there to see what they had but I don't cook so I decided against it. They sent me a package anyways although I never ordered anything from them. They told me they could not give me a refund because the process was already done with. But I did not order anything from them. I have never ordered anything from them. And now I am out $70 because they wouldn't give me a refund
