I had a terrible experience with HelloFresh. Their app makes it nearly impossible to cancel services, forcing customers to go through a frustrating chat process with multiple agents. I was charged $137.99 despite trying to cancel in advance, and when I requested a refund due to financial hardship, they refused and only offered account credit — even after I made it clear I no longer wanted the service.
Their cancellation process feels intentionally difficult and predatory. I’ve since filed a PayPal dispute to get my money back. I will never use HelloFresh again and recommend that others avoid this company.
