5/6 shipments were wrong. One was days late. I was under the promotion for a free Caraway pan after 3 shipments, I contacted customer service to find out why I didn't get the offer, of course they didn't have an answer and expedited my complaint, I never heard from them again. I will never use or recommend this company.
