Dear Uber Support,
I am writing this email to protest against the fare charged, frankly speaking I had no choice but to pay considering the situation yesterday, with heavy rain and disruption on underground, it seems to me that Uber became an opportunist, charging more than 100% on the pretext of High demand, an unethical practice which gives me a feeling of blood suckers and trying to squeeze customers for every penny
The Pandemic has affected every one and the whole world is suffering, with this kind of attitude I am afraid that I do not like to do business who have no regard for their clients and are only driven with greed and making money at any cost, I will promote this message to as many people that I can and look for other alternatives as now we have them available
Further the Support function comes with set questions, and once you have raised a concern and if you are not satisfied with the reply there is no option for you to reply
