The driver delivered the wrong items. I spent £40 on deliveries for groceries and I got someone else's which was worth £10. Now I'm £30 less and Uber's customer service is unhelpful. First, they make it really hard to complain or raise issues because of their UI. Then when I finally got through to someone via chat, I've spoken to different people asking me the same thing over and over again.
