Every time (3 separate issues now) over my 5 mo's as a driver that I call support they are unequipped to assist in any manner regardless of the issue. Where does this leave the drivers with legitimate assistance required?? Not a good motivator for driver retention!!! I've been told during each encounter with "support" that "someone will call you back" to no avail. Why lie to your gig workers?? Sooo disappointed and am currently reevaluating my employment in the Florida Keys with Uber.
