Trang customer support as I had an issue with my account where they were supposed to contact me in 48hrs..
8 days later no answer. I rang them again to ask for an update, the agent could not give me an answer , she hung up on me.
Rang again.... They told me that the engineers are looking at it and they could not help me and hung up again as they cannot assist me anymore
