Uber support for drivers is the worst. They don’t solve any issues, just wanna blame everything on you because the app said so. So much for having everything recorded so they don’t use it. Customers have been getting comfortable with saying they didn’t receive their order just to get a refund and its unfair for the drivers. Customers aren’t angels either.
