Today I called for assistance this guy couldn’t help me with my request. I asked for the supervisor or someone in the documents department he refused my request and kept me on the phone 10 minutes stating he couldn’t give his name. I have 3 cars on my policy the car I assigned was no longer there. They choose what they wanted to my dodge was not my choice. He was rude and disrespectful. I told him I was not calling about my background clearing that was pending. I have access to my own account to know the yet he refused to deal with my reason for calling this morning 4/13/2022
