I’m a driver with Uber and had an issue with my account they said I had a duplicate account I explained to them I did not create that account I tried to explain that somehow my information has been used to create an account. They gave me several steps to follow about Filing identity theft report I submitted all the information and then they told me that they cannot verify that my information had an any we’ve been compromised on their end and would not reinstate my account. I was a platinum driver and drove over 40 hours a week and was treated horribly and they never reinstated my account or could help me figure out what was going on.
