Support team have no clue how to solve a problem. I have a problem as my orders are not confirming. whereas they tell me the following solution.
1. Log out of the application and log back in.
2. Force quit the app. (On an iOS device, double tap the home button, swipe up on the app card, and then reopen the app. On an Android device, press and hold the power button until the device turns off, then press the power button again to turn your device back on.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Upload the newest version of the app.
If you still have issues after trying these steps, try resetting your network settings. On most phones, you can do this by going to your phone’s general settings.
your system is not processing the order. why do I need to reset my system??I have tried on multiple devices yet same result. All I get it we got your order!!!!! no delivery though!!
