Terrible customer service. I waited over two hours for a delivery, received an inedible incinerated and cold meal which went straight in the bin, so had to pick something up in the local chippy. Almost 3 hours later and now support has contacted me I've sent them photos of the burnt food now in the bin with no refund/discount offered after wasting my time messaging them back and forth, I am subscribed to Uber one and I haven't seen any of the promised benefits with discount on late deliveries or any better customer support, I wouldn't bother paying for Uber one. I doubt I will use this company in the future. Contacting trading standards tomorrow to get my money back.
