Absolutely awful service, not a single soul wanted to actually help me and I sat on hold for twenty minutes only to be hung up on twice and then told that I would get a call back. In the end, I never got a call back and no one at Uber cared to help. I lost my phone and the help needed to be urgent but even weeks later no help was given. Going to use Lyft from now on for the sole purpose of not having to go through this lousy support system ever again.
