I’ve been an Uber driver for many years and customer support has been declining to where now it’s non existent! I’m having a hitch in accepting rides and it’s going against my rate. I’ve called and written to uber about the problem and received 3 different messages about how the ratings work and they didn’t address the problem.
I missed a so called call from a supervisor (it didn’t show up on my phone) and another message about how ratings work (4th time). They say they care about their drivers, but their service says otherwise
