I had a crazy bogus charge on my uber eats order, then they forgot one of our items. I didn't even complain about the missing food, just the extra $11.00 adjustment charge!! This extra charge was not part of the total when I paid!! I never would have paid for that!!! Uber flat out refuses to help me, and sends the same generic message every time......it's no wonder Uber ratings are crashing! I'm done with Uber, and so are all my friends and family!! And I work at a large hospital, I will definitely spread the word!! Such a shame in this economy when people are struggling to get RIPPED OFF!!!
