I am allergic to cigarettes and the particular matter that clings to material. My ride in the last Uber was filled with just such smells and worse, a cheap air freshener trying to mask it.
I had to hang my head out window just to breathe. It was a blessing the ride was short. Yet my voice was lost for the better part of the night and my breathing was labored. The support team at under took no responsibility. They do not seem to think it is important for their clients to ride in a smoke free environment!!!
