Can i go lower? Can I give them a zero? This is the worst service line ever. There is nothing they can do for you. I've called in with issues and they have no solutions. There is no direct cummunication between departments. For example, the CS department is an island, they can't contact the record or documents department. So unless it is the simplest of issues, ie. something you figure out yourself anyways while waiting on hold, they are useless.
