one of the worst customer support i have ever dealt with. I dont even know how it is even legal for a company of that size not to have customer support by phone. Their chatting service is as bad as can get. They have been charging my credit card for months for a membership i dont even have, using a card that is no longer in my wallet. They dont even deserve 1 star.
