Uber has no customer support for riders. The HELP link is not active: help.uber.com. Nor is any other link which may relate to an error in charging for a ride that was never initiated nor accepted. I checked to see if any drivers were in the area and none would be available for an hour, so I switched to Lyft and the driver was quick, cheaper and 5 star service. UBER can take that miscellaneous unidentified 3 bucks and push in deep where the sun never shines. My credit card company wants to send me a new card if i challenge the UBER mysterious charge. Both systems don't understand customer needs for clear communication and assistance in all matters.
