Just spent 40 minutes trying to get "support" to clear a trip that was cancelled by the rider. It took 8 people, including a "supervisor." I cancelled it myself, and am now being penalized. They can't change the status of a cancellation, or anything else.
Utterly useless. I wish I could put zero stars.
