Yesterday I was chatting with Florissa from Uber help I explained that I was charged $9.99 just for opening the app and filling out the form. I wasn’t told that I was creating a new account. I tried to cancel it in the app but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried online and when creating a password it just kept canceling. So finally I tried again and they accused me of being a bot. I found the chat on my phone. I explained to Florissa that I am not a bot I’m a grandma with real boobs and everything and I explained everything. She said I can tell you’re not a bot because you’re so animated and I will refund all your money and cancel your account. I promised her I would leave a google review but I left it here because I can’t find how to leave a review on google. So here’s my review! I’m
