I canceled my food delivery due to 2x drivers being rescheduled, due to canceling the trip. After my 3rd reschedule, which was set to arrive around 11pm, I was over it. I tried to get a refund from their janky customer service team via chat, who basically told me no refunds when you cancel. I asked for a manager or supervisor, and they ended the chat. I was out almost $20, like I actually received no service. I can’t even believe Uber is still in business, they are the worst food delivery service ever. The ridesharde hasn’t been to bad, but I canceled membership due to how bad they treat you with the food delivery. I hope they go out of business.
