Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life . They don’t care about the drivers who are the backbone of this business . They just care about the % of the money they make on each trip looting the drivers even after the gas prices went soo high . My background check was getting expired and I contacted Uber support 2 weeks before it was getting expired. Customer service told me everything was upto date on my account and I don’t want to do anything from my end . Now it’s 1 week since my account went offline and every single day they tell me they are going to sort this out . Later they told me I have to do my background check again . Uber customer care including the supervisors and managers doesn’t accept the mistakes they do and take an extra step to help the drivers . I was told that triton needs to send me an email to do the background check . After waiting for couple of days I got fed up and I contacted Triton directly and the answer I got from Triton was surprising! Triton never send an email to the drivers and those emails are supposed to be send by Uber to the drivers . Uber customer care blames Triton meanwhile .. It’s sure after seeing other reviews here to confirm uber doesn’t care about the drivers . They don’t care even drivers go offline for weeks without income even after they make mistakes.. when I asked for the income loss I had for 1 week with Uber support teams mistake they where kind enough to provide me $25 as a compensation for my living expense for 1 week . I hope Uber doesn’t go bankrupt after proving the $25 compensation as per the policy they had .
