Uber "Support" is an absolute joke.
Even when you call in with serious or time-constrained issues, ALL THAT THEY EVER DO is the following:
1.) Superficially validate your feelings
2.) Take a message &/or transfer you to someone else who is equally as unhelpful
3.) Tell you they'll have someone call you back (they almost never do)
4.) Ultimately, COMPLETELY brush you off (especially in the in-app chat messenging)
It's INSANELY FRUSTRATING & today I finally SNAPPED on a "Supervisor" for telling me all he would do is send me through THE SAME PROCESS AGAIN THAT I'VE GONE THROUGH FOR THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE ***NINE*** EFFING TIMES ALREADY!!!!!!!
And then he basically hung up on me.
I'm SO F*CKING ANGRY RN that I no longer want to work for Uber. The millisecond one of my interviews offers me a job, I will quit doing Uber.
They offer sh*t money & ABSOLUTELY NO ***ACTUAL*** support of ANY kind.
It's INSULTING to drivers everywhere.
