I had 4 missing drinks that I paid for and don’t get a refund…..they then send u an automated message saying this does not get a refund we know it’s not about the money…..
Yeah it is about the one because this is not a one off incident it happens often plus the service & delivery fee we are charged for not receiving all we have paid for or it’s cold and melted
