This is the absolute WORST support agency I’ve ever worked for as a company. This shouldn’t even be labeled a company and a business this is all gig work. I have so many bad experiences being an UberEats driver. Whenever you call their support phone number you are dragged through this extremely elaborate and unnecessary process with foreign people (mostly philippino) that treat you as a number and mostly just repeat a stupid script back to you. This app could be so simple as a driver, I understand there are some complications, but the majority are minor and literally punish you unless you waste your time calling their number and starting the waste of time process all over again. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for.
