Uber disconnected my account after the first trip and gave no reason. Just a generalised hint at their conditions. It is now not possible to take the case up with them as they always refer to this older communication and its "link" that I have no clue how to recover. The situation is locked into this loop. The only option that was also given was to login to the no more existing account. I had used UBER EATS without problems before. Remarkably unhelpful indeed.
