I'm not sure how a customer service within a particular company can operate with the ignorance and incompetence of agents like Bhavya and Deepak. My experience aside which has been extremely subpar and full of agents with the IQ of a shoelace, trying to rush on to the next caller regardless of their inability to resolve any issues. These agents are clearly not qualified however this is on Uber themselves and is systemic within their organization. They had a chance to really shine and spearhead in a direction that the world is obviously going however, profits have outpaced customer service. Bad business ladies and gentlemen. Bad bad bad boys. Bad Uber!!!! Bad!!!
