Such terrible experience. When I first started using uber, they would handle my complaints and feedbacks with common sense. But now, they would NOT give refunds AT ALL, doesn’t matter the circumstances. Even if there are missing items, damaged goods, it doesn’t matter, NO REFUND. The last complaint that I wrote, I was just asking for a refund for the whipping cream since the entire carton came in squashed (not leaking yet) and it was covered in dirt. I was able to squish the carton back to its original shape but I still wouldn’t dare to use it cause it was covered in dirt. I wrote to their customer service to request for a refund on this 1 item only, not the entire order obviously. No matter what I write, NO REFUND. I even provided photo proof and told them if they needed any additional proof, just let me know. It was a $3-4 item… obviously I don’t care about the price all that much, but the principle matters to me and they did not handle this with grace at all. All they send me are pre-written messages that states no refund. I’ve been a uber one member forever now and to be honest, I am still reliant on it. But I try to avoid using them cause of sooo many negative experiences. They r my very last back up if I can’t find another option…
