I ordered 2.3kg of clementines, received a 900g bag. Customer service refused to refund me. In fact they wanted me to leave a bad review to Food Basics.
Why are they okay with trashing Food Basics reputation to help themselves gain $5 when Food Basics did nothing wrong. Greedy, selfish, manipulative company.
