Uber support / customer service is a joke. I had issues with some promo codes not being applied to my final bill (even though they were originally applied to my order). I asked about this and they asked for a screenshot. After I explained that it was not an email and that the promos vanished from the account and the order (I even gave him a detailed description of what the promo said, times of order and delivery so that he could track it) he said that he couldnt give me a refund without a screenshot.
I said I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a way to report this issue so that I could either get my promos back or so that it just wouldn't happen again. He kept asking for a screenshot of the issue.
It felt like I was talking to a robot the whole time.. then he ended the chat without anything else. I started a new chat with someone else and explained the SAME thing and he also asked for a screenshot. I think they are just copy pasting from some sort of script because they kept saying the same thing!? Even though I continously said I didn't want a refund just a website or something to report a glitch in the app!
I am so frustrated at the end of both interactions.. there's no support to get help unless you want a refund and have a screenshot...
