The Uber Support is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Whenever you contact them they act like robots and have no solution to the problem and will disconnect the communication unprofessionally. Which shows that Uber had a monopoly in the ride sharing market and is exploiting both the drivers and riders
In the attached snapshot I was paid only $8.00 for a 45 minute drive covering 36 km.
