I’m an Uber driver and I needed help with my wallet because it said I owed Uber $24.92 due to a fare adjustment after I cashed out. I did not find it my responsibility to pay this due to a customer error. I called customer support in hopes that they could expunge the negative balance. Only to find out I’d be transferred 10 times to different people who wouldn’t be able to help because when they put me on hold to “investigate further” a new voice asked me why I was calling Uber support today. So I kept going in circles. Finally, the 10th person I spoke to said that the messaging team will email me regarding my issue. So I’m hoping that there is actually a messaging team and they do in fact email me. Absolutely awful, unorganized, unprofessional, and just out right disappointing.
