Uber treats their customers with the utmost of disdain. Its “support” options are deliberately confusing and the automated responses are designed to be circular. If you manage to navigate their deliberately frustrating maze of “help“ topics, you might be lucky enough to wait in a 20 minute queue to chat (via text) to a “support” rep who will send you a few irrelevant / nonsensical responses and end the chat. This is clearly very deliberate on Uber’s part – it is disgusting the way they treat their customers – the people who keep them in business.
