Charged for Uber one for a year when I wasn’t even subscribed
0 stars. Absolutely gutted. I’m struggling to make my ends meet financially and Uber has taken out 5.99 from my account for months. For months iv been trying to get in touch with no luck.
Finally got in touch and they gave me some refund but refuse to give me back 18 pounds refund that’s remaining. So gutted that these big companies mess ordinary loyal customers in such ways.
