The policy UBER has if the driver cancel the reserved ride 1 hour before the trip they don’t care the outcome, even that cause you lose your flight.
Also if rider reserved a ride at 4:00 am and cancel the ride at 3:00am the driver just wake up for nothing even receive a dollar
