They have team of all BRAIN DEAD representatives in their customer service team.
After weeks of communication with them, the problem still exists.
Many hours wasted!
They lie, make false promises of fixing the problem (that they created).
HOW CAN UBER EVEN STILL BE IN BUSINESS?
Pure aggravation and a waste of time.
They cannot fix a glitch and restore service, even when facts are simple and clear.
