Worst customer service on planet earth! They ask you what the issue is and as soon as they get confused you have to start over with another representative. And simple math and simple issues confuse them. Will tell you they are putting you on 2-3 minute hold then come back and do it over and over. Next thing you know hours have gone by and your on rep number 10. Ridiculous.
