Words cannot express how frustratedI am with this company. I lost an item and it has been so filtrating to get it back. I have come 4 hours drive away to where the item has been left only to find out their hub is closed.
Costumer support do not have their facts straight, 2 people said the item could be posted, one person says it cannot be posted because it is a list item and also because I live in the same country so they cannot post the item (how stupid is that). Uber needs better costumer support, I have been using Uber for 5 years, no major problems until this happened to me. I am so frustrated that if some would ask me to rate this company it’s a 1 star, no more than that,0 if I could
