I booked Uber Go from T2, IGI, New Delhi. Before booking was asked to pay via Paytm which I did. When I called the Driver he was at T3 & asked us to come there with lugguage. I said we booked cab from T2. He said its server error come to T3, I said I cant come with luggage. Call was disconnected & driver cancelled the trip. I booked Ola & reached the destination. Next day I raised a complaint via Uber twitter but no action was taken. After waiting for a day I raised a complaint using Uber app auto msg was sent after a day. After couple of days another msg i received: http://tinyurl.com/yq5g4lm3 I mean, i want my money which I paid you & your driver cancelled the trip. You are wasting my time without taking required action.
